At TwinStars we recognise and reward our loyal members with the Star Rewards program. Just like frequent flyers, Star Rewards allows you to accumulate points by using your member card.

The more you use your member card, the more we reward you!

When you join TwinStars you will join a network of great benefits and offers, commencing in the White tier level. As you use your card you will earn points to spend around all TwinStars Group venues.

Tier Levels

Earn more points to qualify for higher tiers with greater rewards. There are four tiers in total you can qualify for.

Diamond
Gold
Silver
White

How to earn points

Earn points by purchasing food and beverages, tickets to upcoming events, using the TwinStars Club app and your use of Club facilities and services.

How to use your points - Spend & play

Use your points to pay for food and beverages, purchase event and show tickets, pay for your Membership, exchange points for credit or play in other areas around the Club

Diamond and Gold Members can also transfer points to their TwinStars Plus eftpos card that can be used at any participating merchant across Australia that accepts eftpos.
